1. Course Fee & Payment

1.1. All course fees must be paid in full before accessing study materials and live classes.
1.2. We accept payments through secure gateways, and transaction details are confidential.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Refund requests will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.
  • If the course is canceled by NavodayaEntrance.in.
    2.2. No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
  • If a student discontinues the course after enrollment.
  • If the student is removed due to disciplinary reasons.
  • If the student fails to attend classes or utilize course materials.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Registered phone number
  • Payment details
  • Reason for the refund request
    3.2. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days if approved.

4. Course Transfers & Adjustments

4.1. We do not allow course transfers once enrollment is confirmed.
4.2. In special cases, we may adjust course dates or provide credit for future batches at our discretion.
